Our Mission
The Mid-Northern Michigan Home Builders Association is an organization of home builders and the allied trades of the building industry in Alcona, Iosco, Oscoda, and Ogemaw counties. The HBA is affiliated with and subscribes to the principles and policies of the National Association of Home Builders.
Members of the Home Builders Association have pledged themselves to a strict Code of Ethics and maintain high standards of quality and improved methods to the end, that every home purchaser may receive the greatest value possible for every dollar spent.
Leaders of the organization devote their time and effort locally, statewide and nationally, striving to advance the industry; studying the latest methods of efficient and economical home construction; attempting always to enable more citizens in Iosco and Ogemaw counties to purchase new homes at the lowest possible costs.
All members must conform to the licensing requirements to maintain their membership in good standing in the Mid-Northern Michigan Home Builders Association. The organization also maintains close liaison with government agencies to act in the interest of the home builder and the home buying public in national and local legislation.
