Building Permit Inspection Schedule:
After you have received the required permits the Area Building Official will need to be contacted during construction to make the following three inspections:
Inspection of the footing, derain tile system, foundations and basement walls before they are back filled.
Inspection of the rough frame before the walls are enclosed with wallboard or any structual members are concealed. The mechanical inspectors will need to also be contacted.
Final inspection when the building is completed. The mechanical inspectors, the Health Department will have to complete their inspections prior to receiving final certificate of occupancy from the building Code Official.
